Both sides happy three years after association and free-trade agreement enters into force, but EU worried as "human rights" project cancelled

Brussels, 12/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EU and Mexico both reported that their association and free trade agreement is working well, during a joint committee meeting in Brussels on Tuesday. The European Commission did, however, express its "concerns" at the implementation of certain projects in the field of human rights.
