Brussels, 12/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Italian presidency will present an initial complete European constitution draft during the IGC conclave on 28-29 November in Naples, announced the President of the EU Council Franco Frattini on Monday evening in Brussels, where he taking part at the second summit of Presidents of the EE-ED parliamentary groups under the presidency of Hans-Gert Pöttering, who is President of the Popular group at the European Parliament (see below).
