Brussels, 12/11/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Ministers of Education from the Council of Europe met on 10-12 November in Athens under the presidency of the Greek Minister of Education Petros Efthymiou, with the participation of the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe Maud de Boer-Buchiquito.
