18/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - "Italy's effort aims to ensure that attention is still focused on Kosovo within the European Union and in multilateral organisations", Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said on Thursday in Rome on the occasion of a meeting with UN Administrator in Kosovo Harri Holkeri, according to remarks reported by AFP. Italy has announced that it would provide EUR 3.5 million for a United Nations programme so that Serb refugees from Kosovo may return home.
