18/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Romanian government decided on Thursday to hold a referendum on the reform of its Constitution on 19 October, according to the agency Reuters. The object of this reform is to align the Constitution with the acquis communautaire, especially by allowing foreigners to buy land, and by providing for the use of minority languages in administration and justice.
