18/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission and the Bulgarian government signed a "Memorandum of Understanding" allowing Bulgaria to now take part in a Community electronic interchange of data between administrations). The main principle was decided during the EU Bulgaria association Council in June 2002. Bulgaria is expected to contribute to the funding of the programme to the tune of EUR 70,513 in 2003 and EUR 78.141 in 2004.
