Chris Patten arrives in Serbia and Montenegro on Wednesday

Brussels, 09/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - As announced (EUROPE 6 September p 4), Chris Patten, commissioner for External Relations, will be arriving on Wednesday for a three day visit to Serbia and Montenegro. During this visit, he will meet the United Nations Special Representative for Kosovo, Harri Holkeri from Finland, members of the province's temporary institutions, the President of Serbia and Montenegro and the Prime Ministers of the two republics.
