ZFS - ZURICH FINANCIAL SERVICES has sold to Italian GENERALI its French life and non-life insurance activities for individual and professional risks. The sale, the amount of which was not revealed, concerns 500 employees and a turnover of around EUR 313 million. GENERALI made a consolidated turnover in France of EUR 8.485 in 2002.
