Commission brings three Member States to Court for infringements of free circulation of services

Brussels, 17/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided on Thursday to bring three Member States before the Court of Justice for unjustified breached of free circulation of services within the internal market.

The Commission is contesting France's decision to maintain its national regulations making it possible to reimburse costs incurred by language-learning trips only to the families of students attending establishments in France.
