Brussels, 17/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has adopted the national Tacis action plan to help Moldova become a market economy and which has been granted EUR 25 million. Programme priorities, set out with the Moldova government, mainly focus on the State of Law and civil rights (in collaboration with the Council of Europe), economic and social development and health.
