17/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to the data provided by Eurostat on 16 July, the annual rate of inflation in the euro zone went from 1.9% in May to 2.0% in June 2003. One year earlier, the rate was 1.9%. Annual EU inflation (EU15) remained stable at 1.8% in June, unchanged compared to that recorded in May (as opposed to 1.7% one year earlier).
