Commission hopes to present a communication in November on broad lines of next financial perspectives

Brussels, 17/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The work on preparation for the financial perspectives is making good progress, despite the outcry caused within the Commission by the somewhat revolutionary content of the report by the independent group chaired by André Sapir (see other article).
