Brussels, 06/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The debate during the plenary session of the European Convention on Thursday afternoon, which should not have covered the institutions; inevitably slid towards such issues that many Convention Members would have liked to discuss on the spot, after consultation with each Convention component and VGE and his two vice-presidents. There were some heated moments during the discussion, mainly among those who wish to keep to the Nice institutional provisions...
