06/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 5 June in reaction to the disappearance of Aung San Suu Kyi, the EP presented a resolution calling on the Council to immediately enlarge the field of application for visas and freezing of goods, decided in its common position of 28 April on Burma (suspended till 29 October 2003 in the hope of progress towards the re-establishing of democracy).
