Parliament confirms opposition to total decoupling of aid and sectorial measures proposed under reform

Brussels, 06/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg on Thursday, the European Parliament adopted eight reports on the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), which significantly modify the initial proposals of the European Commission, whilst providing the Greek Presidency with precious information for use in drawing up the compromise texts ahead of the Council-level negotiations to be held in Luxembourg from next Wednesday.
