Luxembourg, 15/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday in Luxembourg, the Council noted signs of opening from Pyongyang in favour of a multilateral dialogue framework. The decision to organise a special meeting in the presence of the countries that neighbour on North Korea, as requested by the European Council of 20 and 21 March at the initiative of Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt, was postponed till a later meeting.
