15/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Council on Foreign Relations has set up a Task Force in charge of assessing the consequences of the recent trans-Atlantic divisions, as well as US policy on Europe and attempt to find a remedy for it. The Task Force will be led by for Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger and the former Secretary to the Treasury, Larry Summers.
