Spanish group CARTERA DEVA, third largest shareholder in the real estate company METROVACESA with 5.2% of capital, has sold its stake in the Catalan company SACRESA, which now holds 7.7% of the capital. Currently BAMI and the Italian groups CALTAGIRONE and MARCHINI are fighting over METROVACESA via a take-over bid launched for 100% of the capital. BAMI acquired 23.9% of METROVACESA last summer in a merger bid.
