Berlin, 15/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday in Luxembourg, the Greek Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Tassos Giannitsis confirmed that the European institutions would not be participating in the Defence Summit on 29 April with Belgium, France, Germany and Luxembourg (see EUROPE YESTERDAY P 5), the Greek Defence Minister, Yiannos Papantoniou was reinforcing the same view in Berlin following discussion with his German counterpart, Peter Struck.
