British mobile phone operator MMO2 has sold off its Dutch O2 subsidiary (turnover EUR 290 million but with a net loss of EUR 75 million in the 2002/03 tax year with 1.25 million customers) to Dutch investment fund GREENFIELD CAPITAL, for EUR 25 million.
