The largest public German company GRUNDIG has submitted its statement of affairs after failing to find a buyer. It has been searching for several months for an investor in order to get out of the financial impasse of recent years. GRUNDIG is expecting losses of EUR 75 million in 2002 and a turnover of EUR 1.2 bn.
