15/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Council of the EU has appointed José Carlos Frias Gomes to the management committee of the Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP). Mr Frias will represent the Portuguese people on the Committee over the period 14 April 2003 to 5 March 2006.
