Council secretariat expected to authorise submission of complaint against X in bugging affair

Brussels, 09/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the Committee of Permanent Representatives from Member States to the EU (Coreper) reached an agreement for allowing the Secretariat General of the Council to submit a complaint against X to the Belgian courts after the discovery in February, in the Council building of listening devices intercepting the communications of five Member States.
