09/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - In cooperation with Tunisia's industry and energy ministry, the European Commission's delegation in Tunis is organising a conference on "Free-trade zones - the challenge of competitiveness and industrial modernisation" in Gammarth (Tunisia) on 10 and 11 April. The conference aims to encourage the exchange and transfer to skills and experiences between MEDA countries and the EU's accession countries and highlight the role of EU programmes.
