Committee of Wise composed of former Commissioners

Paris, 31/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - Ms Noëlle Lenoir, French Minister for European Affairs, has formed a "committee of the wise" with an advisory task in the preparation of French stances on the various aspects of the constitutional Treaty being developed within the Convention.
