Brussels, 31/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Prime Ministers and the Foreign Ministers of Benelux, Finland, Portugal, Austria and Ireland are meeting on Tuesday evening in Luxembourg to specify their positions on reforming the institutions in the context of the European Convention.
