31/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 30-31 October, the Socialist group at the European Parliament organised a seminar on the theme of "Rights to freedom, rights to security". Participants included PES President, Henrique Baron and the European Commissioner for Justice and Home Affairs, Antonio Vitorino.
