31/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has used expedited procedure to authorise the creation of a joint venture between Sofinco SA, subsidiary of French Crédit Agricole and the Commercial Bank of Greece. The new company will operate in the field of consumer financing in Greece.
