European Platform for NGOs from social sector requests mechanisms for reinforcing future European human rights charter

Brussels, 31/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European platform for NGOs from the social sector has just published a "working paper" on the state of play in the work group chaired by Commissioner Antonio Vitorino on the Charter of Fundamental Rights, which will be added to his contribution made on 15 April.
