Brussels, 31/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The visit by a delegation of European Parliament Socialists that had to be annulled due to the threats of an attack at Kabul airport is to take place from 1 to 6 November. The parliamentarians will meet President Karzai, members of the government and EU and UN representatives on the ground, as well as NGOs and women's groups.
