Brussels, 03/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission (DG Education - Culture) is organising, on 7 and 8 October in Brussels, a conference on the theme "Convention and Partnership with the Civil Society". Nikolaus van der Pas, Director General at the DG Education, will open the work with an address on "A Directorate General for Citizens".
