03/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - For the fourth time, the Council has modified the list of terrorists linked to Al-Qaeda to include four people designated by Germany as belonging to the network: Ramzi Binalshibh, arrested in Pakistan mid-September and held by the American authorities; Mounir El Motaasadeq, held in Germany; Said Bahaji, on the run; Zakarya Essabar, on the run. These modifications were published in the Official Journal L 264, p.23.
