03/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the Transport Council did not reach an agreement on the new list of "trans-European network" projects, with Spain clearly opposed to a change of the TEN defined in Essen in 1994. Furthermore, ministers took stock of the European Single Sky, air time-slots and the latest "rail package". Italy and Austria confirmed the conclusion of a protocol on HGV traffic in the Alps. EUROPE will come back to this.
