Brussels, 03/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The USA regard the position taken by the EU on Monday to authorise the conclusion of bilateral exemption clauses from the International Criminal Court, as "constructive". The US, however, is asking for more concessions (see EUROPE 30 September/ 1 October p 6).
