Council confirms its general guidelines on coordinating social security systems

Luxembourg, 04/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers confirmed on 28 June its general guidelines on sections I and II of the draft regulation on the co-ordination of social security systems, following the work of the Employment and Social Policy Council of 3 June 2002 (see Europe of 3 /4 June, p.7) and of COREPER of 19 June 2002.
