Strasbourg, 04/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg on Wednesday afternoon, the President of the Socialist group Enrique Baron and German Social Democrat Klaus Hänsch, member of the European Convention Praesidium, outlined the position adopted by the PES the day before on institutional reform that will be presented to the conference in Birmingham at the end of August attended by the leaders of the European Socialist Parties, explained Baron, describing debate in the group as lively.
