ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

RODAMCO ASIA NV, Asian subsidiary of the Dutch real estate group RODAMCO, is to sell its 15% stake in SHANGHAI CENTRAL PLAZA to SUN HUNG KAI PROPERTIES, which already has a 60% stake. SHANGHAI CENTRAL PLAZA is into office and retail shops development covering a total surface area of 54,600 square meters.
