19/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - Greek and Turk Foreign Ministers, George Papandreou and Ismail Cem, decided during a meeting last Saturday on the fringe of the work of the UN Assembly General in New York, to tighten the links between the two countries, mainly through implementation of confidence measures.
