19/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Madariaga Foundation is organising on 29 September in Brussels a seminar with professors from Bruges College, MEPs and European Commission representatives, on the "EMECE" project whose aim is to "promote the European identity by basing themselves on a multicultural education for educate the citizen of tomorrow.
