ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) services

The Danish services group ISS (cleaning, guarding, restoration) has taken over the French supplier of industrial services COPREN (17.2 million euro turnover in 1999 with a staff of some 500) and Slovene firm CEPLAK (services for hospitals and primary schools; 1.14 million euro turnover in 19999) for an undisclosed amount.
