The pan-European audiovisual group RTL GROUP has strengthened its porgramme production activities in the Netherlands with the creation of a joint-venture between its subsidiary HMG - HOLLAND MEDIA GROUP and the international division of PEARSON TELEVISION. As a reminder, PEARSON TELEVISION merged its activities with CLT-UFA in July to give rise to RTL GROUP.
