ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) engineering

The French group TECHNIP has sold to CDC - CAISSE DES DEPORTS ET CONSIGNATIONS its 3.2% stake in COGEMA for 151.6 million euro. TECHNIP has, at the same time, taken to 100% its stake in KREBS-SPEICHIM (turnover of some 150 million euro with a staff of 1000) having paid 21.7 million euro for the 50% held by SGN, COGEMA subsidiary.
