Brussels, 13/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - Monday and Tuesday, the European Parliament's Committee on Constitutional Affairs began discussing the draft report by Mr. Dimitrakopoulos (Greek, EPP) and Mr. Leinen (German, Social-Democrat) on the allocation of seats in the European Parliament. It is a question of one of the three own-initiative reports that Parliament decided to draw up so as to set out certain stances taken in the Dimitrakopoulos/Leinen Repot of April last on the Intergovernmental...
