ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) food processing

The French DANONE took over the Argentinean LOGISTICA SERENISSIMA (1000 employees), until now a distribution subsidiary for milk products belonging to MASTELLONE HERMANOS. DANONE took 51% of the capital, MASTELLONE HERMANOS retains the remaining 49%. DANONE has a turnover of close to FF 1.8 billion in fresh milk products in Argentina.
