Commission approves Cinven's takeover of McKechnie

Brussels, 13/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has allowed Cinven Ltd, subsidiary of the British venture-capital firm Cinven Group Ltd, to take over the British engineering firm McKechnie Plc. The operation will be achieved through BlueAzure Ltd, a company founded especially for the occasion.
