ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) equipment

The French A NOVO, specialised in the maintenance of mobile telephones and video-communications equipment, will buy 53% of the capital in the Italian company GLOBE COMMUNICATIONS (turnover of EUR 24 million in 1999) for an undisclosed amount. This operation will enable A NOVO to have a turnover of EUR 60 million in Italy for the 2000/2001 financial year out of a 445 million forecasted.
