Green light for a joint-venture in computer services between British American Ventures and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young

Brussels, 13/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the go-ahead to British American Ventures (BAV) and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) to create a joint venture which, under the name Ciberion, will provide specialised computer services in the realm of customer relations management.
