French firm Feu Vert takes stake in Spain's Autocenter Delauto

Brussels, 13/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given the green light to the French car repair company taking a 50% stake in its Spanish rival Autocenter Delauto SA, currently held to the tune of 100% by Centros Commerciales PRYCA SA, itself subsidiary of the French retail chain Carrefour. The activities of the companies concerned only overlap in Spain, where Autocenter Delauto has 14 car repair centres and Feu Vert 41. As market shares are limited and there are many...
