Brussels, 07/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - Asked about the possibility of Libya being invited to the ministerial session of the Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue in Marseilles in November, the European Commissioner for external relations, Chris Patten replied that any invitation would depend on the Council Presidency (France).
