ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) oil

The Anglo-Dutch group ROYAL DUTCH SHELL intends selling its world activities in the production and sale of KRATON polymers to an American subsidiary of RIPPLEWOOD HOLDINGS for an undisclosed amount. SHELL has polymer activities in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Brazil and Japan. Together, they represent an annual turnover of some $600 million.
